Derek turned two very stressed renters into being excited about finding a new place while saving to buy later. We gave him the information as far as what we were looking for in a home (and I have no shame to admit that I am picky and very particular) once he was given the info, amount of beds, bath, within a mile of our oldest child’s high school, budget, etc. He immediately went to work, found many places for us to choose from, and rather than getting “close” to the things we were looking for in a home, as I have experienced from a handful of other Realtors®. He was spot on in everything we were looking for in every home he showed us.
